, 2022 Durante la exposición del siguiente trabajo abordaremos varios métodos de caracterización eléctrica de celdas solares de perovskita. Empezaremos definiendo las celdas fotovoltaicas de perovskita y continuaremos con su descripción física, química y los procesos que ocurren dentro de ellas.

, 1998 Experimental preliminary results on the perovskites EuSCO₃ and GdFeO₃ are presented. This is the starting point of a systematic investigation on the electric field gradients (efg) existing at impurity sites ¹¹¹In and ¹⁸¹Hf in ternary oxides of ABO₃ composition obtained from the combination of the bixbyites A₂O₃ and B₂O₃.
