Fully Deep‐UV Transparent Thin Film Transistors Based on SrSnO3
Thin film transistors with full transparency in the deep‐UV region are fabricated by employing ultra‐wide bandgap semiconductor SrSnO3 as semiconducting channel and metallic electrodes. Визначено умови заміщення атомів La на атоми Sm у шаруватій перовськітоподібній структурі (ШПС) індатів SrLa₁₋xSmxInO₄: 0 ≤ x ≤ 0,4. Методом Рітвельда визначена ромбічна (пр. гр. Pbca) кристаліч на структура фаз складу SrLa1 – xSmxInO4 з х = 0,2 і 0,4.
