Quasiparticle Interference on Cubic Perovskite Oxide Surfaces

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2017
We report the first observation of coherent surface states on cubic perovskite oxide SrVO3(001) thin films through spectroscopic imaging scanning tunneling microscopy. A direct link between the observed atomic-scale interference patterns and the formation of a dxy-derived surface state is supported by first-principles calculations. Furthermore, we show

Lattice‐Matched 2D Template Enables Efficient Cesium Tin Halide Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Lattice‐matched 2D perovskite PEA2CsSn2I7 templates the out‐of‐plane growth of inorganic 3D γ‐CsSnI3 along the (110) plane, forming highly oriented 2D/3D tin halide perovskite heterostructures. With reduced trap states and mitigated δ‐phase impurities, the CsSnI3‐based solar cells achieve a power conversion efficiency of 15.27% and maintain stable ...

Double-site yttria-doped Sr1−xYxCo1−yYyO3−δ perovskite oxides as oxygen semi-permeable membranes

open access: yes, 2009
New mixed conducting oxides with the composition of Sr1-xYxCo1-yYyO3-delta (x = 0.0-0.8, y = 0.0-0.1) were exploited and synthesized. The resulted materials were investigated by X-ray diffraction, four-probe dc conductivity, temperature-programmed ...
