Oxygen-deficient barium lead oxide perovskites

Physical Review B, 1993
Through careful selection of reduction conditions it is found that both BaPbO 3 and Ba 4 Pb 3 O 10 can be prepared with significant amounts of oxygen deficiency. In both cases, crystallographic unit cells and resistivities change with oxygen content.

High-Entropy Perovskite Oxides as a Family of Electrocatalysts for Efficient and Selective Nitrogen Oxidation.

ACS Nano
Electrocatalytic nitrogen oxidation reaction (NOR) can convert nitrogen (N2) into nitrate (NO3-) under ambient conditions, providing an attractive approach for synthesis of NO3-, alternative to the current approach involving the harsh Haber-Bosch and ...

Complete oxidation of methane over perovskite oxides

Catalysis Letters, 1988
The complete oxidation of methane is of significant importance not only for exhaust emission treatment, but also for tunnel cleaniless. In the recent years, many interesting attempts have been focused on this topics. As well known, for the mentioned reaction perovskite oxides have also been suggested.

Advances in engineering perovskite oxides for photochemical and photoelectrochemical water splitting

, 2021
Solar-driven water splitting is an efficient process for converting solar energy into chemical energy. In this process, semiconductor materials are excited by solar energy to generate free electrons to participate in the water-splitting reaction.

Properties of Perovskites and Other Oxides

2010
In this book some 50 papers published by K A Müller as author or co-author over several decades, amplified by more recent work mainly by T W Kool with collaborators, are reproduced. The main subject is Electron Paramagnetic Resonance (EPR) applied to the study of perovskites and other oxides with related subjects.

Microstructure and dielectric properties of high entropy Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.2Sn0.2Hf0.2Me0.2)O3 perovskite oxides

Ceramics International, 2020
A series of high entropy Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.2Sn0.2Hf0.2Me0.2)O3 (Me=Y3+,Nb5+,Ta5+,V5+,Mo6+,W6+) perovskite oxides were synthesized by using a solid state reaction method.

Inorganic Perovskite Oxides

2017
Crystal structure and important functions of inorganic perovskite oxides are introduced. Perovskite oxides comprise large families among the structures of oxide compounds, and several perovskite-related structures are currently recognized. Typical structures (ABO3) consist of large-sized 12-coordinated cations at the A-site and small-sized 6 ...

Compressibility of CaZrO3 perovskite: Comparison with Ca-oxide perovskites

Journal of Solid State Chemistry, 2003
Abstract The evolution of the unit-cell parameters of CaZrO3 perovskite, an orthorhombic perovskite belonging to space group Pbnm, have been determined to a pressure of 8.7 GPa at room temperature using single-crystal X-ray diffraction measurements. A fit of a third-order Birch–Murnaghan equation of state to the pressure–volume data yields values of ...
