New cathode material La2/3Cu3Ti4 – xFexO12 – δ for solid oxide fuel cell: Synthesis and electrical conductivity [PDF]
Copper lanthanum titanate La2/3Cu3Ti4−xFexO12−δ x = 0–1 was doped with Fe3+ cations. The diagram of the dependence of the tolerance factor on the relative electronegativity of cations for all studied compositions was represented ...

Structural, Thermal and Functional Properties of a Hybrid Dicyanamide-Perovskite Solid Solution
In Solid-State Chemistry, a well-known route to obtain new compounds and modulate their properties is the formation of solid solutions, a strategy widely exploited in the case of classical inorganic perovskites but relatively unexplored among emergent ...

A giant magnetic coercivity and a vertical shift of hysteresis loops are demonstrated in Sr3YCo4O10+δ epitaxial films. The hard magnetic behavior originates from ferromagnetic spin bags stabilized within a long‐range ordered oxygen‐vacancy structure.

Room‐Temperature Synthesis of Strongly Confined Lead Halide Perovskite Quantum Dots
CsPbX3${\rm CsPbX}_3$ lead halide perovskite quantum dots (QDs) are synthesized in a room‐temperature, five‐minute synthesis, yielding size‐controlled QDs with bright, tunable emission governed by reaction conditions and halide composition. A strongly binding ligand, OD‐PEA, ensures months‐long stability under ambient conditions and facilitates their ...

Magnetic properties of solid solutions between BiCrO3 and BiGaO3 with perovskite structures
Magnetic properties of BiCr1−xGaxO3 perovskite-type solid solutions are reported, and a magnetic phase diagram is established. As-synthesized BiCrO3 and BiCr0.9Ga0.1O3 crystallize in a monoclinic (m) C2/c structure.

Optical Signature of Moiré Superlattices Formed by Twisted SrTiO3 Membranes
We discover optical signatures from bonded interfaces in twisted SrTiO3 moiré superlattices, including low‐frequency Raman vibrational modes and strong second‐harmonic generation, consistent with strong interlayer coupling inferred from cross‐sectional electron microscopy and ab initio calculations. ABSTRACT Moiré superlattices formed at the interfaces

Crystalline structure and electrical properties of Dy1-XCaXMnO3 solid solution
Solid solutions corresponding to the Dy1-xCaXMnO3 system, x=0.0 to 0.60 have been studied. The powders were prepared by solid state reaction of the corresponding oxides and carbonates. Sintered bodies were obtained by firing between 1250 and 1450ºC.

We report a unique color‐sensing phenomenon of a TiO2/SbSI:Sb2S3 device utilizing X‐ray absorption. Based on the revealed penetration and adsorption of water onto TiO2, we successfully improved the color response speed and sensitivity by incorporating a hydrophilic polymer interlayer, thereby opening up opportunities for photodetection applications ...
