Shadow‐Free Back‐Contact Perovskite Thin‐Film Detectors for Direct Extreme‐Ultraviolet and Soft X‐Ray Sensing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
A triple‐cation perovskite detector with a quasi‐interdigitated back‐contact architecture enables highly sensitive and linear EUV/soft x‐ray detection by minimizing electrode shadowing and enhancing charge extraction. Efficient interfacial carrier collection and rapid temporal response highlight the potential of back‐contact‐engineered perovskites for ...

Crystal structure of Ce-doped CaMnO3 perovskite

open access: yes, 2009
The synthesis and crystal structure of Ce-doped CaMnO3 perovskite has been investigated. Two powders with nominal compositions Ca0.5Ce0.5MnO3 and CaMn0.5Ce0.5O3 were prepared using a modified glycine/nitrate procedure. The possibility of incorporation of

Advances in Halide Perovskites for Photon Radiation Detectors

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
This work highlights recent progress in perovskite‐based photon radiation detectors, covering organic–inorganic hybrid, inorganic, lead‐free double, and vacancy‐ordered halide perovskites. Their detection performance is compared, material‐specific advantages and challenges are examined, and provides insight into current limitations and future ...

Vogel-Fulcher analysis of relaxor dielectrics with the tetragonal tungsten bronze structure : Ba6MNb9O30 (M = Ga, Sc, In)

open access: yes, 2015
In-depth analysis of the relaxor behaviour of Ba6MNb9O30 (M= Ga, Sc, In) tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) ceramics was carried out. Powder x-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy were performed in order to confirm the formation of desired ...

Enhancing Performance and Reliability of Hf1‐xZrxO2 Morphotropic Phase Boundary Films via Nanolaminate Structuring and Microwave Annealing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Hf–Zr–O‐based morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) thin films often suffer from limited endurance and poor uniformity due to intrinsic phase instability. This work proposes a nanolaminate architecture that spatially separates competing phases, stabilizes phase formation, and suppresses wake‐up‐induced degradation.

Manganese titanium perovskites as anodes for solid oxide fuel cells

open access: yes, 2008
A new family of perovskite titanates with formulae La4+nSr8-nTi12-nMnnO38 and La4Sr8Ti12-nMnnO38-δ have been investigated as potential fuel electrode materials for SOFCs. The series La4+nSr8-nTi12-nMnnO38 present layered domains within their structure.
