Advanced oxidation processes are defined as those which involve the generation of hydroxyl radicals in sufficient quantity to affect water purification. The theoretical and (practical yield of OH from O3 at high pH, 03/H202, O3/UV and H2O2/UV systems is ...

Recent advances in electrochemical sensing for hydrogen peroxide: a review.
In Analysis, 2012Due to the significance of hydrogen peroxide (H(2)O(2)) in biological systems and its practical applications, the development of efficient electrochemical H(2)O(2) sensors holds a special attraction for researchers.

Hydrogen peroxide and organic peroxides in the marine environment
SPIE Proceedings, 1991Aqueous fluorescence and chemiluminescence methods have been used to measure hydrogen peroxide in natural waters and in the atmosphere. Ambient hydrogen peroxide and soluble organic peroxide data is presented from the EMEX, MLOPEX and SAGA-3 experimental programs, experiments conducted in the remote marine environment.

ChemInform Abstract: PREPARATION OF DICYCLOALKYL PEROXIDES INCLUDING DICYCLOHEXYL PEROXIDE
Chemischer Informationsdienst, 1983Abstract A source of regiospecifically di-deuterated cyclic dialkyl peroxides, free of alcohol or ketone impurities, was required for studies of a series of•(CH2) radical thermolysis products.1 We report herein a procedure for preparation of the series of ROOR compounds, where R=dicyclopentyl (1), R=dicyclohexyl (2), and R=dicycloheptyl peroxide (3 ...
