Water cooling system for a high-power personal computer processor
Технологія та конструювання в електронній апаратурі, 2005 The results of a study of the heat transfer characteristics of a water cooling system for personal computer processors are presented. It is shown that internal finning of primary heat exchangers significantly increases the dissipated heat fluxes.
