Journal of Information Processing and Management, 2006 企業における個人情報保護対策の検討方法の3つの観点を紹介する。3つの観点とは，個人情報保護法対応，個人情報漏洩防止，ビジネスにおける個人情報の利用である。対策事項については，個人情報を分別して，情報のライフサイクルに即したガイドラインをまとめることが重要である。また，業務委託における注意点についても紹介する。
