Abstract Incomplete healing and structural failure remain major challenges after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, particularly in large or chronic tears. These intrinsic tissue limitations continue to restrict durable tendon‐to‐bone healing, even in the presence of advances in suture configurations and anchor technology.
