Opinion of the Hospital Personnel Regarding the Unionization of Public Hospitals
The aim of the current study was to evaluate the opinion of the hospital employees about the unionization of the public hospital system. The sample of this study included 333 people who work at the Konya Numune and Beyhekim hospitals, which operate under the general secretary of the Konya public hospital union.
