Dynamics of a Double-Impulsive Control Model of Integrated Pest Management Using Perturbation Methods and Floquet Theory [PDF]

open access: yesAxioms 12 (2023), no. 4, Art. 391, 14 pp, 2023
We formulate an integrated pest management model to control natural pests of the crop through the periodic application of biopesticide and chemical pesticides. In a theoretical analysis of the system pest eradication, a periodic solution is found and established. All the system variables are proved to be bounded.

Robotic agricultural instrument for automated extraction of nematode cysts and eggs from soil to improve integrated pest management [PDF]

open access: yesScientific Reports 2021, 2022
Soybeans are an important crop for global food security. Every year, soybean yields are reduced by numerous soybean diseases, particularly the soybean cyst nematode (SCN). It is difficult to visually identify the presence of SCN in the field, let alone its population densities or numbers, as there are no obvious aboveground disease symptoms.
