Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 11, Issue 4, July 2025.A timeliness metrics analysis study was carried out in Tanzania. A total of 98 disease outbreaks were recorded. The time taken to detect, verify and respond to zoonotic diseases was shorter than the time for non‐zoonotic diseases. More investment should be done for the timely management of disease in Tanzania.
