Petroleum Refinery Multi-Antenna Propagation Measurements [PDF]
This paper presents the results of the first multi- antenna propagation measurement campaign to be conducted at an operating petroleum refining facility. The measurement equipment transmits pseudo-random noise test signals from two antennas at a 2.47 GHz carrier with a signal bandwidth of approximately 25 MHz.

Petroleum, coal and other organics in space [PDF]
The petroleum and coal models of the unidentified infrared emissions (UIE), sometimes referred also as unidentified infrared bands (UIBs) has been reviewed mainly based on the work of the authors with the inclusion of unpublished results. It is shown that the petroleum and coal model of the UIE converges and merges quite well with the MAON (Mixed ...

Fractional radial-cylindrical diffusivity model for levels of heterogeneity in petroleum reservoirs [PDF]
The generalized Taylor's Formula is used to derive a fractional radial-cylindrical diffusivity model via a fractional conservation of mass in radial geometry in a petroleum reservoir. The result is a space-fractional generalization of the diffusivity model with an arbitrary order that explains the degree of heterogeneity of the medium (a continuous ...

Could One Find Petroleum Using Neutrino Oscillations in Matter? [PDF]
In neutrino physics, it is now widely believed that neutrino oscillations are influenced by the presence of matter, modifying the energy spectrum produced by a neutrino beam traversing the Earth. Here, we will discuss the reverse problem, i.e. what could be learned about the Earth's interior from a single neutrino baseline energy spectrum, especially ...
