Surgical Treatment of Peyronie's Disease
Although described more than 250 yr ago, Peyronie’s disease still remains a dilemma. The disease is characterized by focal or generalized alterations in the collagen and elastic fibers of the tunica albuginea resulting in narrowing or curvature of the penis during erection (1).
