Ferroelectric Behavior of Micro‐ to Submicron‐Scale HZO Capacitors: Impact of the Perimeter‐to‐Area Ratio

Using C‐AFM, W/HZO/p‐Ge capacitors with areas down to 0.26 µm2 are investigated. Frequency‐dependent voltage ramps reveal switching currents that confirm complete polarization reversal across the entire electrode area, while PUND enables reconstruction of P–V loops.

A Highly Hydrophilic Air Electrode With Water‐Induced Surface Reconstruction for Efficient Reversible Protonic Ceramic Cell at Low Water Partial Pressures

This work demonstrates a new strategy for reversible protonic ceramic cells (R‐PCCs). By developing highly hydrophilic oxides, efficient operation is achieved under low water vapor pressures while maintaining high performance and stability. Testing the Marketing Performance of German Wheat Farmers

ABSTRACT This paper analyses the marketing performance of wheat farmers in Germany. Wheat sales data from 465 individual farms over a 12‐year period are used to test against different market benchmarks. Market benchmarks are constructed by simulating passive trading agents using regional wheat prices.
