Sleep Research, EarlyView.Abstract A 41‐year‐old male patient presented with a 13‐year history of recurrent nocturnal penile pain associated with erections during sleep. Over the course of his illness, the patient attended outpatient clinics on 298 occasions and was hospitalized three times. The primary symptom reported was erectile pain occurring during sleep.
