Enhanced Expression of IL32 mRNA in Skeletal Muscles in the Context of Head and Neck Carcinomas

open access: yesJournal of Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Muscle, Volume 17, Issue 1, February 2026.
ABSTRACT Background Cancer‐related sarcopenia (CRS) is a significant complication of head and neck carcinoma (HNC), characterised by muscle degeneration and poor clinical outcomes. Branchial Cleft Cyst Carcinoma Remains Grossly Over Diagnosed: A Large Database Analysis

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 2, Page 766-772, February 2026.
Branchial cleft cyst carcinomas (BCCC) are rare lateral neck malignancies thought to originate from branchial cleft remnants. This study describes the largest cohort of patients with BCCC to date. Robotic Resection of Parapharyngeal Follicular Dendritic Cell Sarcoma With Castleman Disease

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 2, Page 798-802, February 2026.
Parapharyngeal follicular dendritic cell sarcoma (FDCS) is rare and may occur with Castleman disease. We describe the successful transoral robotic resection of a parapharyngeal FDCS associated with Castleman disease, highlighting the role of the robotic approach in achieving tissue diagnosis and definitive treatment.
