KMT2A degradation is observed in decitabine‐responsive acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells
We demonstrate that decitabine (DEC) not only degrades the DNA methyltransferase DNMT1 but also the leukemic driver lysine methyltransferase KMT2A likely due to structural similarity of the DNA‐binding CXXC domains. DEC influences KMT2A downstream processes and synergizes with menin inhibitor revumenib (REV) to decrease leukemic cell proliferation, and

Modeling InSe Phase-change Materials
ABSTRACTThe amorphous structure of InxSey has been studied by a first principles tight-binding molecular dynamics technique using the program package PLATO (Package for Linear-combination of Atomic Type Orbitals). The three-dimensional amorphous structures with different densities were prepared by quick quenching from the liquid phase.

CD226+CD8+ T cells express elevated levels of RUNX2, exhibit higher proliferation capacity, cytokines and cytolytic molecules expression, and migratory capacity. In contrast, CD226−CD8+ T cells display an exhausted phenotype associated with the increased expression of co‐inhibitory receptors and impaired effector functions.

Reversible Electrochemical Phase Change in Monolayer to Bulk MoTe2 by Ionic Liquid Gating [PDF]
Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) exist in various crystal structures with semiconducting, semi-metallic, and metallic properties. The dynamic control of these phases is of immediate interest for next generation electronics such as phase change memories. Of the binary Mo and W-based TMDs, MoTe2 is attractive for electronic applications because it

Mechanical and Dielectric Response of PZT and Tetragonal to Monoclinic Phase Transition: I. Theory [PDF]
The PZT material near the morphotropic phase boundary where a monoclinic phase was observed is studied. A theory of the tetragonal to monoclinic phase transition was developed within the Landau free energy approach. The phase transition from the tetragonal to the monoclinic phase is of the first order near the second order. Dielectric response near the

Transient receptor potential melastatin‐4 (TRPM4) is overexpressed in prostate cancer (PCa). Knockout of TRPM4 resulted in reduced PCa tumor spheroid size and decreased PCa tumor spheroid outgrowth. In addition, lack of TRPM4 increased cell death in PCa tumor spheroids.

Phase-Change Material (PCM) attracted much attention due to its high thermal storage density under the small temperature variation, its poor thermal conductivity limited the thermal charging/discharging efficiency significantly. To overcome this deficit,
