Aptamers are used both therapeutically and as targeting agents in cancer treatment. We developed an aptamer‐targeted PLGA–TRAIL nanosystem that exhibited superior therapeutic efficacy in NOD/SCID breast cancer models. Detection of a coherent signal of known phase

A novel algebraic technique is employed to find asymptotic solutions for Helstrom's integral equation for a single-cavity-mode detector of a coherent signal of known phase. At high and low temperatures, the detection probability is related to the fixed false-alarm probability.
