Modeling and control of thyristor controlled phase shifting transformer
2015 IEEE Innovative Smart Grid Technologies - Asia (ISGT ASIA), 2015Aiming at the two-core symmetric discrete thyristor controlled phase shifting transformer (TCSD-TCPST), its modeling and control strategies are studied in this paper. Firstly, the mathematical model of TCSD-TCPST considering its equivalent impedance is deduced.

Practical phase control technique for alternating phase-shift mask fabrication
SPIE Proceedings, 2000Techniques of fabricating altPSMs of single trench structure by quartz etching have been developed. A two-step etching process was adopted to make the side-etching structure. Shifter areas were etched by dry-method in first step and by wet-method in second step.
