This study developed an integrated nomogram combining QSM‐based radiomics, brain iron deposition, white matter hyperintensity, and clinical markers. This model demonstrated superior performance in stratifying hypertensive cognitive impairment compared to traditional single‐parameter models.

Quantitative susceptibility mapping in the brain reflects spatial expression of genes involved in iron homeostasis and myelination. [PDF]
We compared values from quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) images and spatial gene expression, measured by the Allen Human Brain Atlas. Our findings demonstrate a positive correlation between the expression of ferritin, ferroportin, transferrin, several gene markers of myelinating oligodendrocytes, and QSM in deep grey nuclei regions.
