The Central American genus Oncotophasma Rehn, 1904 (= Paradiapheromera Brunner v. Wattenwyl, 1907) (Phasmatodea: Diapheromeridae: Diapheromerinae: Diapheromerini) is revised. The genus contains eight species, of which three are described for the first time: Oncotophasma limonense n. sp., O. maculosum n. sp. and O. weitschati n. sp.
