Advanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.A chemically passivated polymeric charge recombination layer is developed for high‐performance tandem organic solar cells. Spontaneous in situ protonation of amine‐rich polyelectrolytes on PEDOT:PSS induces ionic self‐assembly, forming a robust dipole layer.
