Piezoelectric microdevices, composed of ZnO nanosheets acting as nanogenerators and grown on silicon microparticles, are designed and fabricated to deliver precise electrical cell stimulation. This study optimizes nanosheet growth and microparticle size to enhance electrical cell activation performance while minimizing cellular internalization.

Low reproducibility and inefficient gene transfer hamper clinical manufacturing of chimeric antigen receptor regulatory T cells (CAR Tregs). Viridicatol (VDC), isolated from the deep‐sea‐derived fungus, enhances osteogenesis in vitro and in vivo by targeting Wnt/SHN3 signaling pathway. It can be delivered via engineered nanovesicles to mitigate bone loss of osteoporosis, fracture repair, and osteogenesis imperfecta.

Tuning Aggregation in Liquid‐Crystalline Squaraine Chromophores
A novel squaraine dye (SQ) forming columnar liquid crystal (LC) phase is synthesized, whose aggregate state can be tuned without disturbing the columnar structures. The liquid crystallization not only offers a rich spectrum and tuning method of optical property but also a novel path for the prescriptive functionalization of LC SQ materials.
