Certitudes négatives y docta ignorantia
La presencia del neoplatonismo en la fenomenología francesa contemporánea posee una pregnancia que atraviesa sus puntos más relevantes. La obra de Jean-Luc Marion no escapa a esto.

Phenomenological theory giving the full statistics of the position of fluctuating pulled fronts [PDF]
We propose a phenomenological description for the effect of a weak noise on the position of a front described by the Fisher-Kolmogorov-Petrovsky-Piscounov equation or any other travelling wave equation in the same class. Our scenario is based on four hypotheses on the relevant mechanism for the diffusion of the front.

Phenomenology & Sociality : How Extended Normative Perturbations Give Rise to Social Agency [PDF]
Although cognitive science has recently asked how human sociality is constituted, there is no clear and consistent account of the emergence of human style social agency. Previously, we have critiqued views based on ''participatory sensemaking'' by arguing that agency requires a distinctive kind of phenomenology that enables a diachronic social ...

Phenomenology of the neutrino-mass-giving Higgs triplet and the low-energy seesaw violation of lepton number [PDF]
Small realistic Majorana neutrino masses can be generated via a Higgs triplet $(ξ^{++}, ξ^+, ξ^0)$ without having energy scales larger than $M_*={\cal O}(1)$ TeV in the theory. The large effective mass scale $Λ$ in the well-known seesaw neutrino-mass operator $Λ^{-1} (LLΦΦ)$ is naturally obtained with $Λ\sim M_*^2/μ,$ where $μ$ is a {\it small} scale ...

From the World of Perception to the Phenomenology of Faculties
Merleau-Ponty's «Phenomenology of Perception» suggests perception to be the primary level of the giveness of the world. Perception appears as always an incomplete synthesis of the plural, bringing together bodily and material aspects.

Giving Voice to Non-traditional Students “Walking” the Narative Mediation Path. An Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis [PDF]
The growing phenomenon of disadvantaged and non-traditional students increases the risk of educational underachievement and drop-out in universities in Europe. Within the European funded project INSTALL (Innovative Solutions to Acquire Learning to Learn) researchers developed a qualitative methodology — Narrative Mediation Path (NMP) — consisting of a ...
