Influence of the substituents on phenyl groups on enantioseparation property of amylose phenylcarbamates

Carbohydrate Polymers, 2020
A series of amylose phenylcarbamate derivatives bearing different chloro- or/and methyl- substituents on the phenyl groups were synthesized and their enantioseparation properties were examined by high-performance liquid chromatography. The enantioseparation power considerably altered due to the substituents on the phenyl units.

A new single-stage method for obtaining of betulin phenylcarbamates

open access: yesJournal of Asian Natural Products Research, 2017
A new single-stage synthesis of betulin phenylcarbamates is suggested that uses 1-phenylurea as a reagent for betulin O-carbamoylation. A chemoselectivity of hydroxyl-groups in carbamoylation of betulin with 1-phenylurea appeared to occur. Synthesized nitrogen-containing betulin derivatives - phenylcarbamates are valuable as bioactive substances.

Preparation and condensation of D-glucopyranose N-phenylcarbamates and N-methyl-N-phenylcarbamates

open access: yesCarbohydrate Research, 1972
Abstract A number of tri- and tetra-( N -phenylcarbamate) and - N -methyl- N -phenyl-carbamate derivatives of methyl α- D -glucopyranoside were prepared and found resistant to acid hydrolysis. Alcoholysis and hydrolysis of the corresponding derivatives of cellulose gave oligomeric products and some loss of protecting groups.

open access: yesBioorganic chemistry (Print), 2018
Based on current treatment of Alzheimer's disease, where the carbamate inhibitor Rivastigmine is used, two series of carbamate derivatives were prepared: (i) N-phenylcarbamates with additional carbamate group (1-12) and (ii) N-phenylcarbamates with ...
