Whittaker's Correlation of Physics and Philosophy [PDF]
Whittaker's studies of the relations between physics and philosophy are contained in about forty books and papers, nearly all of which were published during the last fifteen years of his life. His approach is mainly historical and is a natural sequence to his History of the Theories of Aether and Electricity.

RRAM Variability Harvesting for CIM‐Integrated TRNG
This work demonstrates a compute‐in‐memory‐compatible true random number generator that harvests intrinsic cycle‐to‐cycle variability from a 1T1R RRAM array. Parallel entropy extraction enables high‐throughput bit generation without dedicated circuits. This approach achieves NIST‐compliant randomness and low per‐bit energy, offering a scalable hardware

O naukowych i filozoficznych implikacjach problemu brakującej masy
The article deals with the so called missing mass problem which during the last three decades has become one of the most serious difficulties in physics. There is some strong empirical evidence that the Universe contains not only matter that can be seen (

What is Matter? Differential Dualism in Bergson’s Philosophy
This essay addresses, in the context of modern (17th to 20th centuries) philosophy, the mind-body problem shared by the metaphysics of the mind and the philosophy of physics through the contrast between conflicting theories about the status of matter. To

Free will and (in)determinism in the brain: a case for naturalized philosophy [PDF]
In this article we study the question of free will from an interdisciplinary angle, drawing on philosophy, neurobiology and physics. We start by reviewing relevant neurobiological findings on the functioning of the brain, notably as presented in (Koch ...

Emerging Memory and Device Technologies for Hardware‐Accelerated Model Training and Inference
This review investigates the suitability of various emerging memory technologies as compute‐in‐memory hardware for artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Distinct requirements for training‐ and inference‐centric computing are discussed, spanning device physics, materials, and system integration.
