Fully Additive Vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistors on Renewable and Compostable Substrates Enable Ultrasensitive Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Fully additive vertical organic electrochemical transistors (vOECTs) with channel‐length of 226 nm on a 50 µm compostable substrate achieve >106 current modulation and ∼36 mS transconductance. Ion‐selective integration enables 1.1 mA dec−1 sensitivity and 36 µm detection limit, highlighting a scalable platform for sustainable electronics and ...

Considering Mulla Sadra as a Follower of the School of Tafkik [PDF]

open access: yesحکمت معاصر, 2011
Mulla Sadra in his transcendent philosophy used Tafkik method (i.e. separation of reason and tradition); it is claimed in a theory. According to the theory Mulla Sadra changed from his early philosophical-mystical and ta'vili method to Tafkik.

Nonplanar Bouligand Architectures for Enhanced Mechanical Performance in Cementitious Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Inspired by the impact region of the Mantis shrimp dactyl club, nonplanar additive manufacturing translates sinusoidal Bouligand architectures into cementitious composites. Printing‐induced anisotropy and architected interfaces promote distributed damage and arrest crack propagation, enhancing strength and energy absorption.
