Paediatric pelvic fractures – an updated literature review
Pelvic fractures in children secondary to trauma are rare and associated with multi‐system injuries. They differ from fractures in adults and therefore require different considerations in assessment and management. In our literature review, we reviewed the current evidence on the incidence, pathophysiology, assessment, management and complications of ...

Phenomenology of the Baryon Resonance 70-plet at Large N_c [PDF]
We examine the multiplet structure and decay channels of baryon resonances in the large N_c QCD generalization of the N_c = 3 SU(6) spin-flavor 70. We show that this ``70'', while a construct of large N_c quark models, actually consists of five model-independent irreducible spin-flavor multiplets in the large N_c limit.

Staging the bipolar disorders: Are early stages at too early a stage for intervention?
Abstract Objectives A number of staging models have been generated for the bipolar disorders, which include pre‐onset as well as post‐onset stages. Some models propose treatments for those at the pre‐onset stage, a recommendation which is critiqued here. Methods Several exemplar staging models are overviewed, and a critique is provided.

The Supersymmetric Leptophilic Higgs Model [PDF]
In the leptophilic model, one Higgs doublet couples to quarks and another couples to leptons. We study the supersymmetric version of this model, concentrating on the tightly constrained Higgs sector, which has four doublets. Constraints from perturbativity, unitarity, and LEP bounds are considered.

Direct Detection of Light "Ge-phobic" Exothermic Dark Matter [PDF]
We present comparisons of direct dark matter (DM) detection data for light WIMPs with exothermic scattering with nuclei (exoDM), both assuming the Standard Halo Model (SHM) and in a halo model - independent manner. Exothermic interactions favor light targets, thus reducing the importance of upper limits derived from xenon targets, the most restrictive ...
