The Harbour porpoise (Phocoena phocoena) is a highly mobile cetacean species occurring in heterogeneous seascapes across the Northern hemisphere. I have produced 84 whole genomes which were used for population structure, demographic history and genotype-environment association analyses.

Arten är uppdelad på flera populationer och underpopulationer. Kring Sverige förekommer tumlare i Skagerrak, Kattegatt, Öresund och Östersjön.
