Balancing Charge Injection for Enhanced Efficiency in Inverted InP Quantum Dot Light‐Emitting Diodes

open access: yesAdvanced Quantum Technologies, EarlyView.
This study presents a charge injection control strategy for indium phosphide (InP)‐based quantum dot light‐emitting diodes (QLEDs) using a poly(4‐vinylpyridine) (PVPy) interlayer. The optimized structure doubled the external quantum efficiency (EQE) while maintaining luminance, highlighting the importance of balanced charge transport in cadmium‐free ...

Discovery of Sustainable Energy Materials Via the Machine‐Learned Material Space

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
State‐of‐the‐art machine learning models used in materials science are shown to construct meaningful internal representations, which can be interpreted as a map of the material space from the viewpoint of the network. It shows how this map can be used to find alternative, e.g., more sustainable materials for important optical materials, such as ...

Tunable B‐Doped Cobalt Phosphide Nanosheets Engineered via Phosphorus Activation of Co‐MOFs for High Efficiency Alkaline Water‐Splitting

open access: yesSmall, EarlyView.
Freestanding MOF‐derived B‐doped cobalt phosphide heterostructures on Ni foam are synthesized via Ar annealing with NaH₂PO₂ as the phosphorus source. Varying the NaH₂PO₂ amount (0.25, 0.5, and 1 g) enabled precise tuning of the P composition in B‐doped CoP, optimizing hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions in alkaline media.
