Wet chemical synthesis of Sm3+ doped Ca10(PO4)6Cl2 phosphor for w-LED application
Wet chemical technique was used for the Synthesis of Sm3+ doped Ca10(PO4)6Cl2 phosphor. The phase purity was analyzed by using X-Ray diffraction (XRD), which show that the synthesized phosphor was well matched with standard PDF file.
