Organophosphides: A New Class of Luminophore Ligands for Copper(I) Carbene Based TADF Emitters and Photocatalysts

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, EarlyView.
Dimesitylphosphide as a heavier congener of established amide ligands for charge‐transfer copper(I) complexes leads to bathochromic shift of the emission by up to 3645 cm−1 into the orange‐red (solid, polymer films) and even NIR (solution). The thermally activated delayed fluorescence exhibits high dissymmetry factors of glum = 10−2 in polystyrene.

Accumulated in-situ spectral information analysis of room-temperature phosphorescence with time-gated bioimaging

open access: yesMaterials Today Bio
This study introduces the time-gated analysis of room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) for the in-situ analysis of the visible and spectral information of photons. Time-gated analysis is performed using a microscopic system consisting of a spectrometer,

Energy Threshold for D+H_2→DH+H Reaction [PDF]

open access: yes, 1966
We have been able to measure the threshold energy Eo for the reaction D+H_2→DH+H. The value obtained was (0.33±0.02) eV. Apparently, this is the first direct determination of a threshold energy for a reaction involving the ...

Efficient Room-Temperature Luminescence of Indole-5-Carboxamide in Poly(vinyl alcohol) Films

open access: yesPhotochem
N-phenyl-1H-Indole-5-carboxamide (Ind-CA) exhibits previously unknown room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) when immobilized in poly (vinyl alcohol) film (PVA film).

Narrowband room temperature phosphorescence of closed-loop molecules through the multiple resonance effect

open access: yesNature Communications
Luminescent materials with narrowband emission show great potential for diverse applications in optoelectronics. Purely organic phosphors with room-temperature phosphorescence (RTP) have made significant success in rationally manipulating quantum ...
