PEA nanoenzymes are assembled from L‐arginine and EGCG. The nitrogen element in arginine enhances the thermodynamic feasibility of H2O2 production through PEA's oxygen reduction catalysis, enabling nitrogen‐dependent H2O2 release. Intradermal delivery of PEA via microneedles promotes efficient H2O2 synthesis, thereby stimulating regrowth in telogen ...

Endogenous Amplification of Apoptosis via p53 Regulation using a Cascade Nanocatalytic Medicine
An engineered MOF nanomedicine (MAL) triggers cascade nanocatalysis in tumors, converting H2O2 and L‐Arg into cytotoxic peroxynitrite. This induces DNA damage, activates the p53 pathway, and amplifies mitochondrial apoptosis via the BAX/Bcl‐2/Caspase‐3 axis, effectively inhibiting colorectal cancer growth with high biocompatibility.

Modelling micropollutant removal by solar photo-Fenton [PDF]
<div> <p>This paper is focused on modelling the degradation of micropollutants by solar photo-Fenton at pilot plan scale. To this aim, a three pesticide mixture (acetamiprid, thiabendazole and imazalil, 100 μg l-1 each) was treated by photo-Fenton in simulated secondary effluent. The model covered a wide interval of

A zinc/manganese (Zn/Mn)‐based metal‐organic framework (MOF) loaded with the STING agonist c‐di‐AMP diammonium (denoted AMP@Zn/Mn‐MOF) was developed to synergistically activate the cGAS‐STING pathway and induce immunogenic cell death. This nanoplatform reprograms the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment, significantly enhancing anti‐PD‐L1 ...

Doxorubicin (DOX)‐induced cardiotoxicity is a major limitation to its broader clinical application, while cardioprotective interventions often risk reducing the anticancer efficacy of DOX. To address these challenges, this work constructs an EDTA‐functionalized metal–organic framework that enhances tumor therapy and provides efficient cardioprotection ...
