Fluorinated Hypoxia‐Responsive Aza‐BODIPY for NIR‐II FL/19F MR/PA Imaging and Phototherapy of Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Fluorinated N‐oxide aza‐BODIPY nanoemulsions integrate fluorination‐driven molecular design with co‐assembly in fluorinated oil for multimodal imaging‐guided phototherapy. The co‐assembly redshifts fluorescence into the NIR‐II window for deep‐tissue imaging and provides a unified 19F signal for background‐free, quantitative MRI.

Thermal Diffusion of a Two Layer System

open access: yes, 1995
In this paper thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity of a two layer system is examined from the theoretical point of view. We use the one dimensional heat diffusion equation with the appropriate solution in each layer and boundary conditions at the

In Situ Synthesis of a Tumor Microenvironment‐Activated Radiosensitizing Cu2‐xS/LDH Probe for Photoacoustic Imaging‐Guided Radiotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We reported a new kind of organic‐inorganic composite nanomaterial with excellent PA imaging performance after the in situ activation by hydrogen sulfide in colorectal cancer tissues, which was used for precise radiotherapy of colorectal cancer. It shows a great application potential for early diagnosis and treatment of tumor.

Deep Learning‐Assisted Coherent Raman Scattering Microscopy

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
The analytical capabilities of coherent Raman scattering microscopy are augmented through deep learning integration. This synergistic paradigm improves fundamental performance via denoising, deconvolution, and hyperspectral unmixing. Concurrently, it enhances downstream image analysis including subcellular localization, virtual staining, and clinical ...

Quickly Alternating Green and Red Laser Source for Real-time Multispectral Photoacoustic Microscopy

open access: yesPhotoacoustics, 2020
Multispectral photoacoustic microscopy uses a wavelength-dependent absorption difference as a contrast mechanism to image the target molecule. In this paper, we present a novel multispectral pulsed fiber laser source, which selectively alternates the ...
