Ischemic stroke (IS) is one of the leading causes of death and accounts for 85% of stroke cases. Since the symptoms are not obvious, diagnosis of IS, particularly at an early stage, is a great challenge. Photoacoustic imaging combines high sensitivity of

A variational method for quantitative photoacoustic tomography with piecewise constant coefficients
In this article, we consider the inverse problem of determining spatially heterogeneous absorption and diffusion coefficients from a single measurement of the absorbed energy (in the steady-state diffusion approximation of light transfer).

Fluorinated N‐oxide aza‐BODIPY nanoemulsions integrate fluorination‐driven molecular design with co‐assembly in fluorinated oil for multimodal imaging‐guided phototherapy. The co‐assembly redshifts fluorescence into the NIR‐II window for deep‐tissue imaging and provides a unified 19F signal for background‐free, quantitative MRI.

We reported a new kind of organic‐inorganic composite nanomaterial with excellent PA imaging performance after the in situ activation by hydrogen sulfide in colorectal cancer tissues, which was used for precise radiotherapy of colorectal cancer. It shows a great application potential for early diagnosis and treatment of tumor.

Engineering Plasmonic Nanoparticles for Enhanced Photoacoustic Imaging.
Photoacoustic (PA) imaging is an emerging imaging modality whereby pulsed laser illumination generates pressure transients that are detectable using conventional ultrasound. Plasmonic nanoparticles such as gold nanorods and nanostars are often used as PA

Deep Learning‐Assisted Coherent Raman Scattering Microscopy
The analytical capabilities of coherent Raman scattering microscopy are augmented through deep learning integration. This synergistic paradigm improves fundamental performance via denoising, deconvolution, and hyperspectral unmixing. Concurrently, it enhances downstream image analysis including subcellular localization, virtual staining, and clinical ...
