Ferritin‐doped hybrid nanoparticles triggered accurate tumor‐specific hemorrhage for enhanced in situ photothermal therapy and evoked anti‐tumor immunity. Notably, HFn/GA‐Fe specifically induced tumor hemorrhage 12 h after intravenous injection, resulting in visible color darkening. Through photoacoustic imaging, tumor vessels could be clearly observed

Disrupted neurovascular coupling contributes to ovarian dysfunction in polycystic ovary syndrome. Using near‑infrared II long‑wavelength imaging, this study visualizes how electroacupuncture dynamically regulates ovarian blood vessels in vivo. Immediate and cumulative stimulation elicit distinct vascular responses via a Netrin‐1 dependent mechanism ...

Charge‐Based Discrimination of Amyloids Using an Amyloid‐Targeting Chemiluminescent Probe
A chemiluminescent amyloid‐binding probe (CLIP‐1) was evaluated for its ability to label different amyloid biomarkers, including Aβ and tau aggregates. CLIP‐1 produced chemiluminescence emission in aqueous samples containing aggregates and showed a distinct emission wavelength when bound to tau versus Aβ, which we attribute to differences in the ...
