Risk of Exposure to Steviol Glycosides Through Consumption of Foods and Beverages: A Survey of the Thai Population. [PDF]

From the market survey, 192 products declared the use of steviol glycosides among 1285 products that declared the use of intense sweeteners on their labels. Most products met regulatory limits for steviol glycoside concentrations, except for four beverages.
