CONTACT PHOTODERMATITIS DUE TO TRIBROMSALICYLANILTDE

SUMMARY.— During a period of 3 months contact photoallergy to tribrom-salicylanilide (TBS) in a toilet soap was diagnosed in 39 patients in Copenhagen. The clinical features are described and the results of photopatch tests are reported. The importance of using long wave UV in photopatch testing is emphasized. Evidence is presented
