Ultra‐Flexible Pixelated Perovskite Photodetectors Enabled by Honeycomb Polymer Grids for High‐Resolution Imaging

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Nature‐inspired, photolithography‐free, flexible, pixelated perovskite photosensitive films serve not only as a high‐resolution pixelation platform but also as a stress‐relief mechanism for otherwise brittle perovskite films, enabling enhanced mechanical flexibility. This synergetic approach yields pixelated perovskite layers with ≈1.5 µm pixel sizes, ≈

A 2D/3D Heterostructure Perovskite Solar Cell with a Phase‐Pure and Pristine 2D Layer

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A simple solution‐based method that can achieve pristine (without residual 2D precursors) and phase‐pure 2D/3D perovskite heterostructure without the need for synthesizing a single crystal is developed. Perovskite solar cells with this treatment demonstrate a notable improvement in both power conversion efficiency and long‐term stability, with ...
