Modular Control of PEG‐Poly(2‐Oxazoline) Co‐Assembly Enables Tunable Aggregate Properties for Intraocular Pressure Management

Advanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A thermo‐responsive poly(2‐oxazoline)‐based injectable formulation is developed to modulate intraocular pressure (IOP) in both normal and hypotonic eyes. By adjusting the PEG content, the aggregation behavior is finely tuned, enabling IOP elevation without long‐term deposition.

Gellan Gum Fluid Gel System for Controlled‐Delivery of Cytokine‐Licensed MSC‐EVs to Enhance Corneal Repair in Limbal Stem Cell Deficiency

Gellan gum fluid gel (FG) enables controlled ocular delivery of mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC)‐derived extracellular vesicles (EV). Its shear‐thinning, solid‐liquid‐solid rheology ensures prolonged ocular retention. Sustained MSC‐EV release (∼18% in 6 hrs) supports effective EV ocular delivery.

POSS‐PEG‐NHS and GSH cocrosslinked DPAV to prepare a multifunctional anticalcification valve substitute. This modification enhances mechanical properties, hemocompatibility, and re‐endothelialization while promoting anti‐inflammatory M2 macrophage infiltration and reducing calcification.
