Photoluminescence from Er-doped Si-in-SiNx thin films
Photoluminescence from Er3+-implanted Si-in-SiN, films emitting efficiently visible light were investigated. A Stark structure in the Er3+ photoluminescence spectrum was observed at room temperature, which reveals more than one site symmetry for the Er3+-

Reconnaissance Peptide Labeling Grain Boundary of Chemically Grown MoS2 Polycrystalline Monolayer
Self‐assembled peptides on substrates, through adsorption and aggregation, offer an alternative way to label grain boundaries in chemically grown single‐layer polycrystalline MoS2. During an early nucleation step, peptides preferentially bind to grain boundaries.

This work highlights the impact of incorporating graphene nanoflakes into precursor inks of MAPbBr3 for inkjet‐printed optoelectronic device applications. A substantial modification of the crystallization dynamics is reported despite miniscule concentrations.
