The raw BRITE photometry is affected by the presence of many outliers and instrumental effects. We present and discuss possible ways to correct the photometry for instrumental effects. Special attention is paid to the procedure of decorrelation which enables removal of most of the instrumental effects and considerably improves the quality of the final ...

The Microvariability and Oscillations of STars (MOST) photometric satellite has already undertaken more than 64 primary campaigns which include some clusters and has obtained observations of >850 secondary stars of which ~180 are variable. More than half

Galaxy And Mass Assembly: accurate panchromatic photometry from optical priors using lambdar
We present the Lambda Adaptive Multi-Band Deblending Algorithm in R (LAMBDAR), a novel code for calculating matched aperture photometry across images that are neither pixel- nor PSF-matched, using prior aperture definitions derived from high resolution ...

A Comparison of the Published Stellar Photometry Data in the South-West Field of the Galaxy M31 Disk [PDF]
We compare stellar photometry data in the South-West part of the M31 disk published by Magnier et al. (1992), Mochejska et al. (2001) and Massey et al. (2006) as the local photometric standards for the calibration of star cluster aperture photometry. Large magnitude and color differences between these catalogs are found.

The Transit Light Curve Project. IV. Five Transits of the Exoplanet OGLE-TR-10b
We present I and B photometry of five distinct transits of the exoplanet OGLE-TR-10b. By modeling the light curves, we find the planetary radius to be R_P = 1.06 +/- 0.08 R_Jup and the stellar radius to be R_S = 1.10 +/- 0.07 R_sun. The uncertainties are

Advantages of white LED lamps and new detector technology in photometry
Light emitting diode (LED) lighting is becoming more and more popular, as incandescent lamps are being phased out globally. LEDs have several advantages over incandescent lamps, including energy efficiency, robustness, long lifetime, and good temporal ...

Faint NUV/FUV Standards from Swift/UVOT, GALEX and SDSS Photometry
At present, the precision of deep ultraviolet photometry is somewhat limited by the dearth of faint ultraviolet standard stars. In an effort to improve this situation, we present a uniform catalog of eleven new faint (u sim17) ultraviolet standard stars.
