Thick photopolymer layers for holographic recording materials
In this article the behavior of thick photopolymer layers as material for holographic recording is studied. The material used is a photopolymer based on acrylamides, consisting of acrylamide as monomer, yellowish eosin as sensitizer and triethanolamine ...

Actuation Strategies for Underwater Jet‐Propelled Soft Robots
ABSTRACT This review article examines jet‐propulsion mechanisms in underwater soft robotic systems, focusing exclusively on physically fabricated and experimentally validated robots. Covering research published from 2013 to 2025, this study classifies and evaluates jet‐propulsion robots based on their actuation mechanisms.

Real Time Shrinkage Studies in Photopolymer Films Using Holographic Interferometry
Polymerisation induced shrinkage is one of the main reasons why photopolymer materials are not more widely used for holographic applications. The aim of this study is to evaluate the shrinkage in an acrylamide photopolymer layer during holographic ...

Flexo‐printable glucomannan‐based biofilm
Abstract Biofilms were synthesised from glucomannan and xylan. The ratio of glucomannan: xylan varied from 90:10 (g/g) to 70:30 (g/g). Nanofibrillated cellulose was added to enhance the mechanical properties of the biofilms. In another approach, glucomannan/xylan suspensions were crosslinked with tartaric acid (TA) or citric acid (CA).
