On cyanogen photopolymerization
European Polymer Journal, 1999Abstract Cyanogen photopolymer was prepared by irradiating its solution in polar solvents such as tetrahydrofuran (THF), methanol and ethanol and non polar aliphatic solvent with UV light of a high pressure mercury lamp (main emission: λ >270 nm) and by sunlight irradiation ( λ >300 nm). The resulting photopolymers were black tarry products.
