Neutral Pion Photoproduction on Nuclei in Baryon Chiral Perturbation Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
Threshold neutral pion photoproduction on light nuclei is studied in the framework of baryon chiral perturbation theory. We obtain a general formula for the electric dipole amplitude in the special case of neutral pion photoproduction on a nucleus.

Combined analysis of K−p reactions and πΣ photoproduction data [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
We discuss results of a simultaneous fit to the K−p reactions and πΣ photoproduction data employing an approach that combines tree level photoproduction amplitudes with πΣ − KN coupled channel model describing the meson-baryon rescattering in the final ...

Real photons produced from photoproduction in $pp$ collisions

open access: yes, 2012
We calculate the production of real photons originating from the photoproduction in relativistic $pp$ collisions. The Weizs$\ddot{\mathrm{a}}$cker-Williams approximation in the photoproduction is considered.

Direct vs. final state tensor meson photoproduction - amplitude analysis

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2014
Tensor meson photoproduction is described as either a direct production process or a consequence of the final state ππ interactions. We calculate the mass distributions for selected partial waves and confront our predictions with the measurements of the ...

Photon beam asymmetry Σ for η and η′ photoproduction from the proton

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2017
Measurements of the linearly-polarized photon beam asymmetry Σ for photoproduction from the proton of η and η′ mesons are reported. A linearly-polarized tagged photon beam produced by coherent bremsstrahlung was incident on a cryogenic hydrogen target ...

Photoproduction of P-wave doubly charmed baryon at future e + e − collider

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
The photoproduction of P-wave doubly charmed baryon (Ξ cc ) is investigated in the context of future high-energy and high-luminosity e + e − colliders. The direct photoproduction via the sub-process γ + γ → Ξ cc + c ¯ + c ¯ $$ \gamma +\gamma \to {\Xi}_ ...

Extracting the f0(980) signal from the photoproduced π+ π- spectrum

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2012
We present a phenomenological analysis of the π+π- photoproduction data obtained by the CLAS collaboration at the Thomas Jefferson Laboratory. A special emphasis is put on the interference pattern observed in the moments of angular distribution for the π+

Pentaquark photoproduction

open access: yesJournal of Physics: Conference Series, 2017
We present results and suggestions on how to confirm the existence and resonant nature of the $Pc(4450)$ detected at LHCb through photoproduction experiments. We find that this narrow structure might have escaped detection in past experiments and use those to give a constraint for the upper limit of the branching ratio/coupling to the $J/ p$ channel.

Azimuthal correlations in photoproduction and deep inelastic ep scattering at HERA

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
Collective behaviour of final-state hadrons, and multiparton interactions are studied in high-multiplicity ep scattering at a centre-of-mass energy s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 318 GeV with the ZEUS detector at HERA.

Multipole Amplitudes of Pion Photoproduction on Nucleons up to 2GeV within Dispersion Relations and Unitary Isobar Model

open access: yes, 2002
Two approaches for analysis of pion photo- and electroproduction on nucleons in the resonance energy region are checked at $Q^2=0$ using the results of GWU(VPI) partial-wave analysis of photoproduction data.
