Extracting the f0(980) signal from the photoproduced π+ π- spectrum

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2012
We present a phenomenological analysis of the π+π- photoproduction data obtained by the CLAS collaboration at the Thomas Jefferson Laboratory. A special emphasis is put on the interference pattern observed in the moments of angular distribution for the π+

Photoproduction of mesons off nuclei

open access: yes, 2011
Recent results for the photoproduction of mesons off nuclei are reviewed. These experiments have been performed for two major lines of research related to the properties of the strong interaction.

Inclusive omega photoproduction off nuclei [PDF]

open access: yes, 2003
We investigate inclusive omega photoproduction off complex nuclei, concentrating on the feasibility to examine a possible in-medium change of the omega meson properties by observing the pi^0 gamma invariant mass spectrum. The simulations are performed by

Photoproduction of the hypertriton [PDF]

open access: yesNuclear Physics A, 1998
In the framework of the impulse approximation we study the photoproduction of the hypertriton $^3_ $H by using realistic $^3$He wave functions obtained as solutions of Faddeev equations with the Reid soft-core potential for different $^3_ $H wave functions. We obtain relatively small cross sections of the order of 1 nb.

Azimuthal correlations in photoproduction and deep inelastic ep scattering at HERA

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
Collective behaviour of final-state hadrons, and multiparton interactions are studied in high-multiplicity ep scattering at a centre-of-mass energy s $$ \sqrt{s} $$ = 318 GeV with the ZEUS detector at HERA.

Multipole Amplitudes of Pion Photoproduction on Nucleons up to 2GeV within Dispersion Relations and Unitary Isobar Model

open access: yes, 2002
Two approaches for analysis of pion photo- and electroproduction on nucleons in the resonance energy region are checked at $Q^2=0$ using the results of GWU(VPI) partial-wave analysis of photoproduction data.

Controlled Aggregation of Pyrene‐Based Supramolecular Nanostructures for Light‐Driven Switchable H2 or H2O2 Production

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, Volume 36, Issue 21, 12 March 2026.
This work reports the self‐assembly of a pyrene derivative into two distinct nanostructures and their application in visible‐light photocatalysis. The two nanostructures exhibit completely different yet complementary photocatalytic activities, promoting either H2 or H2O2 evolution.

Nuclear effects in photoproduction of heavy quarks and vector mesons in ultraperipheral PbPb and pPb collisions at the LHC

open access: yes, 2012
The comparison of photoproduction cross sections for $c\bar{c}$ and b-b(bar) in PbPb and pPb collisions can give sensitivity to nuclear shadowing effects.

A fresh look at diffractive $J/\psi$ photoproduction at HERA, with predictions for THERA [PDF]

open access: yes, 2000
We quantify perturbative and non-perturbative QCD effects in the exclusive $J/\psi$-photoproduction cross section, and in the shrinkage of the differential cross section with respect to momentum transfer, $t$.

MESON PHOTOPRODUCTION AT GRAAL [PDF]

open access: yesElectromagnetic Interactions in Nuclear and Hadron Physics, 2002
At the GRAAL facility, a polarised and tagged gamma ray beam is produced in the energy range from 500 MeV up to 1500 MeV. Results of beam polarisation asymmetries and cross sections for the photoproduction of eta and pi(0) on the proton are presented.
