Antibacterial Hydrogel Dressing With Ca2+‐Dependent Hyaluronidase Responsiveness for Accelerating Wound Healing via On‐Demand Release of AIE Photosensitizers

Exploration, EarlyView.
This study innovates a Ca2+‐responsive hydrogel dressing that releases AIE photosensitizers on‐demand. Low Ca2+ enhances bacterial hyaluronidase (HAase) activity, degrading hyaluronic acid dressing to trigger antibacterial ROS release, while high Ca2+ inhibits HAase, preventing overdosing.

Immunosuppressive Microenvironment Reprogramming by Synergistic Sonodynamic Therapy of Phthalocyanine‐MOF Hybrids for Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Hepatocellular carcinoma presents a formidable clinical challenge, constructing a hypoxic and immunosuppressive microenvironment that renders conventional therapies largely ineffective. In response, we have developed Pc@Zr‐MOF, a phthalocyanine‐integrated metal‐organic framework hybrid engineered to penetrate this defensive barrier.

Visible Photosensitizing Disinfectant Spray for Combating Multidrug‐Resistant Candidozyma Auris in Healthcare Settings

We designed and synthesized a dual‐type AIE photosensitizer (named TB) spray, containing a cationic quaternary ammonium unit and a glycosyl‐targeted boronic acid moiety, characterized for the elimination of biofilm infections of Candidozyma auris (C. auris) on high‐touch surfaces.
