High‐Performance Noble‐Metal‐Free Perovskite Solar Cells Enabled by MoOX/Cr/Al Multilayer Electrodes

Cost‐effective perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are developed using a noble‐metal‐free MoOX/Cr/Al multilayer electrode. The devices achieve a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 25.6%, competitive with that of Au‐based devices (26.3%), and a 25.5 cm2 mini‐module shows 21.3% PCE.

From Laboratory to Industry: Evaporating Functional Layers at High Rates for Fully Textured Perovskite/Silicon Tandems

Perovskite/silicon tandem solar cells exhibit outstanding efficiencies; however, the development of scalable and high‐throughput manufacturing processes remains a critical challenge. Here, we demonstrate accelerated deposition of multiple functional layers via high‐rate thermal evaporation without compromising film quality or device performance.

Diversity‐Oriented Two‐Step Annulative π‐Extension Enables Access to Structurally Complex Nanographenes

Pd‐catalyzed C–H arylation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) with various aryltrimethylsilanes enables the preparation of structurally complicated arylated PAHs, which can be further transformed to nanographenes in a manner of two‐step annulative π‐extension (APEX) reaction.
